A family run guesthouse, Karen & Mark both Yorkshire born and bred have been in hospitality for the past 15 years and we will do all we can to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

SITUATED IN THE BEAUTIFUL NORTH BAY AREA OF SCARBOROUGH, NORTH YORKSHIRE
On the doorstep of the North Bay Beach, Peasholm Park, Scarborough Open Air Theatre, Alpamare Water park, Scarborough Sealife Centre and just a short walk along the cliffs to the Castle.
Further along you will find the South Bay Beach, the Harbour, Amusements and Scarborough town centre. Within easy reach by car, bus or train are Filey, Bridlington, Whitby, York, the North Yorkshire Moors, Dalby Forest, Wykeham Lakes Water Park (outdoor adventure) and Flamingo Land.

With a capacity of up to 8,000 people, it is the largest open-air theatre in Europe, hosting a diverse range of events, including live music concerts, comedy shows, and theatre productions. Featuring a stunning lake and is home to a variety of wildlife, including ducks, geese, and swans. Our guest house in Scarborough is ideally located within easy walking distance of all the town's local attractions. These include Scarborough Castle, the Open Air Theatre, Peasholm Park, The North Bay Railway, Alparmare Waterpark and the town centre's shops and restaurants. The South Bay beach and harbour are also just a pleasant walk away either around the coastal Marine Drive or by the Castle, making our guest house the perfect base for exploring everything that this beautiful coastal town has to offer.
